We are so excited to have you back for another season. As a small, community-led team, we are doing things a little differently this year to make camp as accessible as possible.
How Registration Works:
Secure Your Spot with a Deposit: We’ve introduced Partial Payments via Downpay. You can now choose to pay a deposit upfront to lock in your ticket, with the remaining balance due closer to our departure date.
The "Everyday Essentials" Drop: You’ll also find our new minimalist, hand-screened t-shirts (printed by Ezra Onyx!) and Legacy Sticker Packs! These are available to add to your cart alongside your registration.
Volunteer & PIF Info: If you are waiting for a Volunteer Discount Code or PIF (Pay It Forward) funding, please keep an eye on your inbox. We are currently working on grants and will be opening those specific spots in early April.
A Note on Capacity: AQC is run by a tiny but mighty team of volunteers balancing full-time jobs and family life. We move at the speed of care! Thank you for your patience as we build this magic together.
